Invitation for questions or statements from audience members: Speakers are requested to complete a "Speaker Process & Identification Form" found on the Board Information table. Please step up to the podium when called on and identify yourself by giving your name and the nature of the budget topic to be discussed. This is a public hearing and comments will be limited to topics regarding the Annual Budget. Comments will typically be limited to three (3) minutes, depending on the number of speakers.
